Salary: EUR 65,000 per year

NCRA and Klimate are looking for one person to work across both organizations. NCRA drives advocacy, events and membership for the Nordic carbon removal sector. In this role you will see the full Nordic CDR landscape, from policymakers and project developers to corporate buyers and financial institutions.

What you will do

  • Events: run the events programs of both organizations, from closed-door roundtables with EU Member States to the annual general assembly and public conferences.
  • Membership and business development: approach prospective NCRA members and Klimate clients, manage the pipeline from first contact to conversion, and support relationships with existing members and clients.
  • Communications: manage NCRA’s LinkedIn presence and website, draft posts, press releases and newsletters, and contribute to Klimate’s communications.

You are

  • An organized events manager who can run several events at once without losing sight of their purpose.
  • Confident reaching out to senior stakeholders and representing both organizations.
  • A clear and efficient writer in English. Scandinavian language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Experienced: two to three years in at least two of events, membership or business development, and communications. Experience with a trade association, NGO or think tank is a plus. Knowledge of carbon removal is welcome but not required.
